Japan has an incredible market of well-maintained, low-mileage and unusual 4x4s that are often difficult to find in the UK. We search the Japanese market on your behalf, assess vehicles before you commit, handle the purchase and import process, and can prepare your vehicle for UK ownership.
Strict shaken inspections and a culture of meticulous maintenance mean cars are kept in excellent order and sold on young, so the used market is full of genuinely rust-free examples with low mileage for their age. It's also where you'll find specs and trims that never officially reached the UK, from factory four-wheel drive estates to rare limited editions.
- Rust-free bodies. Garaged cars and a dry climate in much of Japan mean far less corrosion than UK-market equivalents.
- Genuinely low mileage. Japan's shaken system encourages owners to sell while a car is still young, keeping mileage low.
- Rare specs and trims. Access to Japanese-market variants, limited editions and options never officially sold in the UK.

About us
Where it all started
It started as just a bunch of Land Rover enthusiasts modifying our Defenders, and it soon grew into a passion and an obsession. One thing led to another, and soon we were pulling out engines, removing axles and completing full nut-and-bolt restorations.
That hands-on grounding in stripping vehicles down to the chassis and building them back up is what carries into every vehicle that comes through the workshop, whether it's a service, a rebuild or the journey from import to road trip.
